I believe in one thing very firmly “how you love yourself is how you teach others to love you” since society mirrors what they see.

The relationship that you have with yourself is the most important relationship in the world. You are the center of your world. When, lonely or sad it is crucial that you like what you see when you look into the mirror. When I say looks, It doesn’t essentially mean your physical appearance or what you portray for sure, but your inner spirit and the person who you are. Working on being in love with the person that you see in the mirror, who has been through so much and yet made it till here, is the one thing that we all have to constantly keep working on to achieve our goals.
It is generally said your existence is the magic of being needed by at least one person and this person needs to be you. When things appear to be hard, just pat your back, move forward, and wait for none. Stop blaming yourself for everything that you are and start loving yourself for everything who you are.

Today, the wonderful person who you are in spite of all flaws, scars, and imperfections, the moment you relish the experience and dismiss the sourness of hardship is when you start your first step toward being happy. Easily said then done is to develop a sense of self-worth which is the most difficult thing to do, since most of us judge ourselves very harshly. So let go of bitter thoughts and fill them with happy thoughts. You may have to push yourself harder on few days because low self-esteem can bleed your achievements.
You need to believe in yourself because if you don’t, no one has a better reason to do that. Lastly, worrying about loving yourself is much healthier than worrying about someone else loving you. Quintessential mantra is to start loving I, me, and myself.
