Along the road of life, we come across a lot of people, to whose eyes our imperfections are highlighted. In neither case our true efforts nor our personality matters. We are constantly criticized or judged for as long as they wish to do. Sometimes we are criticized and judged for things that we are not in control of. While there can be a better way to put these criticisms and judgments forward, often it's being used in a negative way.
In a better way of putting it forward, we often tend to develop ourselves, correct our mistakes, and work forward to the better. Unfortunately, we are pushed to the other extreme of feelings and emotions when these slap on our face. Being pushed to face a lot of these circumstances may end up having to feel insecure and anxious about self and attenuate their confidence that they can achieve something in this world, but hostile and anti-social is all they become after the world points finger at them for being who they are.

On the other side, it is to agree that these actions are manifested because of anxiety, pressure or insecurity felt by the critic, which make it extremely sensitive for us to choose a right or wrong side as both are vulnerable to a lot of mental stress by the society and peer, and succumb to it.
In which case, it is healthy for us to stop complaining or blaming and just move on from these. A quote says " To escape criticism, do nothing, say nothing, be nothing". I would rather advise treating or reacting with empathy. The only thing mankind can continue to give endlessly is
empathy - love.

With both sides being vulnerable to pressure it is healthy for us, regardless of which side we stand in, to empathize,
not take the judgments personally, will help us stay out of the pressure and also not put the other person in a hurtful place.
Never should you doubt or question your self-confidence because of judgments. You are who you are and you don't need to be ashamed or insecure about being you. The first person that deserves empathy and love is you.
We appreciate and love you for the person you have grown up to.
Keep smiling.
